Pergolakan bangsa yang bernuansa sosial-politik dengan menggunakan semboyan agama (baca: Islam) semenjak pasca-Orde Baru hingga sekarang tidak kunjung menemui penyelesaian. Khususnya klaim yang dilakukan oleh sebagian kelompok Islam mainstream yang mengenai bentuk negara Indonesia dan penggunaan hukum syariat hukum Islam dalam tatanan sosial-politik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) menggunakan pendekatan analisis historis, yakni suatu metode penelaahan serta sumber-sumber lain yang berisi informasi mengenai masa lampau dan dilaksanakan secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan Islam tidak memberikan kepastian aturan terkait pergantian pemimpin secara eksplisit dan detail. Apalagi menyangkut konsepsi negara yang utuh: struktur dan sistem pemerintahan, cakupan wilayah serta hal-hal teknis semacamnya. Indonesia merupakan Darul Islam, bukan Daulah Islamiyyah. Darul Islam mengacu pada wilayah yang dihuni kaum muslimin dengan segenap haknya untuk menjalankan syari'at Islam secara aman sebagaimana di masa Nabi Muhammad SAW mendirikan negara Madinah, sedangkan Daulah Islamiyyah merujuk kepada konsep negara Islam integralistik.
This Paper used library research approach that aimed to answer the phenomena that happened this era that paid attentions to the peoples that break the brotherhood. In the politic issue at Jakarta, created dualism between one community to others, diversity become headline issue and instrument/tool of power. While Jakarta as the capital of Indonesia being prototype and indicator of the human adolescent index of state. Multiculturalism interpretation being in hesitate when talked about politic and poverty. Demonstrations and peace refused non muslim being headline and viral. This paper concluded that to make a peace (shulhu), brotherhood (ukhuwah) should constructed as well as the prophetic message that ukhrawi minded. Because the brotherhood now a day already had been broke by the materialism and pragmatism . In Islam the concept of Brotherhood education is how to strength and organizing a hearth (tandzim al-qolb) and love the people by the name of Allah, through three parts of brotherhood (ukhuwah); Ukhuwah Islamiyah, Ukhuwah Wathaniyah, dan Ukhuwah Basyariyah.
This paper aims to discover how to frame Muhammadiyah's political direction news in the 2019 Presidential Election on Republika.co.id, Kumparan.com, and Tribunnews.com. From this phenomenon arises a question of precisely the political direction of Muhammadiyah in the 2019 Presidential Election? The method used in this research is the framing analysis of Robert N. Entman's model, which states that each media constructing news must go through two stages, namely the selection of issues and the highlighting of aspects. Analyzing data obtained through 4 steps, (1) Define problems, (2) Diagnose causes, (3) Make moral judgment, and (4) Treatment Recommendation. This research shows that Muhammadiyah is a social organization in an association engaged in da'wah Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar and Tajdid. Muhammadiyah as a religious movement has always been a lyric for the participants of the presidential election because it has an excellent political power second after Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), which is said to be a representation of the voice of Muslims. In early September, the number one vice-presidential candidate, Ma'ruf Amin, visited the central office. Muhammadiyah, and the previous month, the number two pair, Prabowo-Sandiaga, also asked for a blessing to participate in the 5th Annual event. After that, I reveal that this study showed three online mass media: Republika.co.id, Kumparan.com, and Tribunnews.com in their coverage of Muhammadiyah's political direction in the 2019 presidential election were neutral. Muhammadiyah, as a religious organization, chose consistency to maintain neutrality in the presidential election and give all Muhammadiyah citizens freedom to vote at the five-yearly event.Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembingkaian berita arah politik Muhammadiyah pada Pemilihan Presiden tahun 2019 di portal berita Republika.co.id, Kumparan.com dan Tribunnews.com. Dari fenomena ini muncul sebuah pertanyaan kemana sebenarnya arah politik Muhammadiyah pada Pemilihan Presiden Tahun 2019? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis framing model Robert N. Entman, yang menyatakan bahwa setiap media mengkontruksi berita harus melalui dua tahap, yaitu seleksi isu dan penonjolan aspek. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui 4 tahap, (1) Define problems, (2) Diagnose causes, (3) Make moral judgement, dan (4) Treatment Recommendation. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah merupakan organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan dalam bentuk persyarikatan yang bergerak pada wilayah dakwah amar ma'ruf nahi munkar dan tajdid. Muhammadiyah sebagai gerakan keagamaan selalu menjadi lirikan bagi peserta pemilihan presiden di setiap waktunya, sebab digadang-gadang memiliki kekuatan politik yang menjanjikan kedua setelah Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) yang konon merupakan representasi dari suara umat Islam. Pada awal bulan September yang lalu, calon wakil presiden nomor urut 1 Ma'ruf Amin berkunjung ke kantor PP. Muhammadiyah, dan bulan sebelumnya, pasangan nomor urut 2 yaitu Prabowo-Sandiaga juga meminta restu untuk mengikuti ajang 5 Tahunan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ketiga media massa online yakni: Republika.co.id, Kumparan.com dan Tribunnews.com dalam pemberitaannya terhadap arah politik Muhammadiyah dalam Pilpres 2019 bersikap netral. Muhammadiyah sebagai ormas keagamaan memilih istiqomah menjaga netralitas dalam Pilpres tersebut dan memberikan kekebasan bagi seluruh warga Muhammadiyah untuk memberikan hak suaranya pada perhelatan lima tahunan tersebut.
This research raises democratization of Islamic education through application of Islamic Education Institution Management, SBM as a tool for educational institution to realize democratic Islamic education. Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System and quality assurance through 2005 Law on National Education Standard which all demonstrate the democratization of education. This study uses a qualitative approach by describing application of School-Based Management in Islamic educational institution, and analyzing that application of School-Based Management is a way of realizing democratic Madrasah. The results of the study showed that the reference of implementation of SBM in Madrasah starts from Law no. 2 of 1989, No. 20 of 2003, PP No. 19 of 2005 and PP No. 55 of 2007. The strategy of SBM implementation is autonomy, empowerment, independence and flexibility. While the stages of its implementation are by way of socialization, formulation of vision and mission goals, identification of challenges, identification of functions, SWOT analysis, alternative solutions, quality improvement plan, implementation of quality improvement, and evaluation and monitoring. Implementation of School-Based Management strongly shows the existence of democratization in education, this is reflected in principles of a democratic form of Islamic education including respect for the potential of Madrasah, dynamic curriculum and the creation of synchronization of educational institutions with community as customer.
Mission and vision play an essential role in strategic management. They are the philosophical foundation and strategic direction of higher education, serving as a guide, inspiration, and control tool to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relevance and impact of mission and vision on academic services provided by Indonesian higher education institutions through governance and human resources. The research instrument is based on relevant literature and uses a Likert scale to measure implementation, socialization, and effectiveness of mission and vision, academic services, governance, and human resources. Data were collected using the online random sampling method, and the number of respondents was 10,937 lecturers. The study uses a serial mediation analysis to test the hypotheses. The research results show that governance and human resources positively affect academic services. As a mediator variable, they can improve academic services. The results highlight the significant contribution of mission and vision to governance. Governance also contributes significantly to human resource management. Human resources can boost academic services. This study emphasizes the importance of the university's mission and vision, namely the philosophical foundation and strategic direction of academic services supported by appropriate human resources and good governance.
